True. Maybe you could have a mechanic take a look?
Handyman that OP is, he really should have a real mechanic look at his car before he finds himself sliding down the interstate at 70 MPH in a shower of sparks on three wheels. OTOH, that would make a great selfie Yoo Toob PR stunt.

Should he survive it that is.
You don’t fool around with brakes if you don’t know what you’re doing crack open your wallet and pay for the safety of you and other drivers.
I'd have to go with Easy62, just a coincidence that it is happening after the repairs. I think your pads might be worn enough for the wear indicator to hit the disc rotor and make that chirping sound that indicates a need for new pads before they eat the rotor.
I was recently in an accident and did all of the repairs myself. When I put the spare tire on to test drive the car, there is this obnoxious chirping sound coming from the passenger side. I've tried everything, changed the brakes, checked the lower control arm, checked the tie-rod, checked the rotor, caliper and I'm drawing a blank as to what it could be. I drive a 2006 Mustang GT. The only other thing that makes sense to me is either the wheel bearing is messed up or maybe the 17-inch tire is rubbing on the 18-inch rim? Open to any ideas.

The OP stated that he already changed the brakes, so that's not it.
Why do people just assume the OP is incompetent?

Did he put grease on the disk pads contact points, did he grease the slide pins on the caliber did he install the wear indicators backwards so it could still be the brakes.
