It's like everythig else. You let it go for a while and see what happens. This is not something that will get you stranded but it'll reach point that the squeal doesn't go away.
My car does this....is it something that needs to be repaired or addressed, as I'd have to go to a maintenance shop for any work....?
What happens if I just let it go? It stops after the car warms and driving starts....
Take it in and get it checked out if you’re that concerned hows that for an answer, how are we suspose to know we’re not there to look at. That’s why there are service repair shops for spend the money and find out stop guessing.
Most common problem is the belt is getting dry and slips.
First thing to do, is to get some belt dressing (spray can) and treat the belt. If that stops the problem, great. If it does not then it is something else, and should then go to the dealer to find out what.
Belt dressing will stop the problem at a high percentage of the time.

Someone needs to find a good honest local repair shop.
