I have done several searches to determine if there is a free online service that keeps track of your vehicle logs. Here is what I found. I am wondering if anyone has found any better sites.

Mod cut.

I created a simple spread sheet about 10 years ago and just input all of the cars info every time there is an occurrence regarding, service, tires, annual inspection, registration, etc along with the date, the shop, the cost, etc.

It’s really simple and provides all of the vehicles information at a glance!

Years ago I used a note pad. Then I upgraded to a spreadsheet. Now I've moved that spreadsheet to Google Documents so I can access it anywhere.

Google documents is great for tracking maintenance... great for a lot of other stuff too.

I guess it hadn't occurred to me to use a maintenance tracking site. Maybe automated reminders would be nice... but you could just as easily set that up via your calendar and/or email.

I have a spreadsheet I use for all my vehicles. Nothing fancy, but it covers the basics.

I simply can't imagine why a notebook in the center pocket needs any replacement, and I tend to draw a CAD diagram of two-piece projects and put all kinds of trivial stuff in spreadsheets.

Back of the owners manual usually has some empty sheets that are simply perfect for logging maintenance.

I've been using Excel spreadsheets since 1987 for fuel purchases, maintenance and repairs.
