It started when I left work. I fired up my baby and noticed something weird. The engine was revving real bad. The entire vehicle was shaking up a storm - so badly that the mirrors gave me a headache.

I thought, "The accelerator might be stuck..." so I floored the gas. She revved up and I held the pedal there a few seconds and let go. She calmed down.

So, I put it on my list to take her in Saturday. Maybe it was just a one-time deal, but it wouldn't hurt to have her looked at. So I head out on my way. She drove normal... until I got to the interstate.

Revving too much. The RPMs were through the roof! Then the transmission slipped. I felt it. I almost lost my lunch in fear of breaking down during rush hour traffic. I managed to get her to the dealership without problem.

Technician popped the hood while she was running and the dreaded words came out of his mouth, "That doesn't look good...."

Needless to say, they were about to close and advised me not to drive the car home. It was advised I leave the vehicle overnight. Had to call my Mother-In-Law to pick me up. So I sit here in front of the computer without my baby out front....

I hope she's ok.

Good thing I have the extended warranty!
