1970pelle you just ruin any thoughts of me ever wanting to own one. Its not worth the headache of chasing down parts whenever you have mainteneace issues.
Bummer are the Chevy SSR worth the price tag in your opinion. Why did you option to buy the SSR instead of vette.

I LOVE the SSR and it has been absolutely PERFECT for the last three years (Birthday this Monday 05/05/05). Although it has the LS2 Corvette Engine and Transmission, due to the additional weight, the performance is a little less but still very adequate.
I chose the SSR over the Vette mainly because of the retractible hardtop, more spacious interior and enough storage space (trunk) even with the top down for road trips.
