I LOVE the SSR and it has been absolutely PERFECT for the last three years (Birthday this Monday 05/05/05). Although it has the LS2 Corvette Engine and Transmission, due to the additional weight, the performance is a little less but still very adequate.

I chose the SSR over the Vette mainly because of the retractible hardtop, more spacious interior and enough storage space (trunk) even with the top down for road trips.

Another big plus . . . they hold their value!

I think I may be the only person the planet who thinks this but in my opinion the Prowler is UGLY! I'd much rather take the 'Vette.
