There have been many "water powered" scams like Stan Meyer's car, the "bingo fuel" and other silly scams. None have ever proved useful.

I've seen facts on the news and all over the Internet, that running a car on water IS possible. Even that you haven't tried doing it, it doesn't mean that it's impossible.

You see the BS in the news, not "Facts" in the news. The news will put on anything of iterest, they don't check to see if it actually worls. The is just another long standing "Urban legend" that pops up every time the gas gets expensive. It's been around for at least 50 years, and it is not possible to actually work.
