Probably because unless it's luxury than what's the point of it being bigger and having more room.

I don't think I posted on this one. It seems these come around often.

For a dream car I would drive every day, I'm always torn between the 911 Carrera 4S and the Lotus Exige 260. I think I'd want the bigger 911, but the Exige is much more my style. The Exige is a bit less, so it is more realistic to want one. I don't much like the lower end of the Porsche line. I've never owned one. I just figure if you're going to buy a Porsche, start with a 911. Maybe I'll change my mind one day.

For a sub-50K car driven daily, I don't think there's one better for me than my S2000. So I'll keep it for a great long while. It ain't the fastest car around, but it is a momentum car, and that fits me very well. If I could find a 2009 S2K in CR trim with no radio and no AC, and I had the money, I'd probably buy it. But mine is just fine.

One of the sites I signed up for online needed a security question for my password. Their question, "what is your favorite car". I answered "Paid for!"

That one in the photo looks great!
And look, actual chrome on the body, including the bumpers! And whitewall tires.
And some rear overhang, not the chopped-off trunk!

Honestly? I don't think I have a dream car. I like my car, but when it comes down to it, I find owning a car and driving to be a pain. Unfortunately it's practically a necessity where I live right now.

I had one of these in 1979. 428 SCJ under the hood. The car didn't look like much at the time, but she was a sleeper that won me some $$$ running around the circuit back in Asbury Park, NJ.

Worse part is, I had to sell it (basically gave it away) due to my new job and 120 mile round trip commute. The 6 to 8 MPG wasn't cutting it under my 18 year old lead foot. Oh if I only knew what I had, I would have definitely found a way to keep her. But, I was young and dumb then.

Yes, too bad you couldn't keep it.
Those big 428s made tons of torque!

Yeah, but the prototype CTC is EVEN COOLER because it's a two door. LOL

And those of us who are blissfully, childfree, are DOUBLY blessed, because we can buy the COOLEST CARS and don't have to worry about passengers! yayayayayayaya

I prefer 2 doors cars myself - that comes from being a hot rodder. For a 4 door car to look good, it's got to be big (like the big Cadillac fleetwoods of the early to mid '70s).
