I despise the fart cans that people put on Accords, CRX's, and other little beaters to make them go BRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! Whenever I see one in the parking lot I have the incredible urge to kick it off, put it on his hood, and write a note saying "here, I just made it sound better", then weld the POS together.

(Real) chrome is my favorite "color!"

I agree about plastic chrome but I think real chrome in good condition (polished) looks great! A lot better than painted bumpers.

I like the idea of a can of "Tough Stuff" expanding foam. I've used the stuff to fill gaps and it hardens pretty hard and it expands to fill the gaps.

The misbegotten notion that full sized two-door vehicles will not sell, and that *everybody* wants a four-door car.

NOT Definitely not.

I have never owned a four door and I never will. I think they are ugly. Unfortunately, it is getting harder and harder to find two door cars, especially, ones that are NOT sports cars. I can count them on one hand.

So disappointing.

Hopefully, some day automobile manufacturers will realize that there is a market for full-sized two door cars.

It's not a misbegotten notion, it's a flat-out market reality. If they sold well, companies would scramble to bring them to market. But they don't, so they don't. And that's why they've stopped making them. I don't get why you're in such denial about this.

There are an awful lot of older models on the road, that's why. People are driving old two door cars because NOTHING is available to trade them in on. They are just hoping and praying like I am that eventually something comes along. Otherwise, we are doomed to drive old cars forever. LOL

Automotive manufactures stopped producing full size two doors because there want a very large market for them. The people driving full size two doors because there's nothing to trade them in for make up a small majority in the grand scheme of things.

Well, you could save up for a Mercedes CL...

(Where's the barf emoticon when you need one?)

Wouldn't something like the new Challenger work for you? Seems to have a reasonable back seat.
