Yes, GMs lineup is 99% as lame as it gets. But my most hated trend are the STUPID Buick fender holes that every moron's sister's cousin is putting on every other car on the road. I saw a stupid Chevy Aveo with those yesterday.

Nice.
I thought of an automotive trend I never liked... those silly mini-trucks popular in the 1980s and early '90s!

Starting in the late 40s/early 50s, Buick put port vents on the front fenders. The higher up the model hierarchy, the more vents, either two, three or four on each side. They periodically reappear, including recently.
1950s:
1980s:
2000s:
And now you can go to places like Pep Boys and get fake vent port thingys to stick on the side of your car, like this wally did:

I love talking with keyboard warriors. They usually show up to a battle of wits completely unarmed, and this appears to be no exception.
You clearly have no automotive knowledge and try to make up for your shortcomings with a false bravado on the interweb. Nice work, but I can see right through it. Go run your mouth somewhere else, because you're clearly in waaaay over your head here and are setting yourself up to look more stupid than you already do.

Someone told me those vent holes sometimes tell you how many cylinders your car has. So you see that LeSabre with 3 holes on either side, that's a V6. Tahoe has 4 on each side, so V8.
True or False?

hey, lady, i'm not sure what your talking about. i havnt seen you post anything about automobiles in this thread. my OP was a rant about GM in particular killing the affordable, purpose built performance car and dropping in Camaro engines and slapping on SS badges on the rest of their boring line up.
miss, can you explain yourself? can you explain how you come to your conclusions?
* that im a "keyboard warrior"?
* that by posting a thread i have enterred into a battle of wits with you - that i am unprepared for?
* that i have no automotive knowledge?
* not that i'm a violent person, but that am some coward hiding behind a computer?
* and that i should "go run my mouth somewhere else?" i mean, it's my thread for **** sake!
can you explain any of this, ma'am?

I don't care for the trend of putting everything, including the kitchen sink, in cars these days. What's the matter? Is driving your car not exciting enough? Do I also need 40 other activities to do at the same time so I'm not bored? Wtf?
