my god, the late 70's and early 80's were rough times. for both i might add. over all, my preference is Camaro. in fact, in my younger days i had an adversarial stance towards mustangs and mustang owners, but i now appreciate them and wouldnt mind owning one or two.

i think a more interesting question would be Camaro vs. Firebird

how about the charger and the mustang (body wise) I know the engines are not the same.

Oh...the way I see it, some years the camaro is better, other years the mustang. such as 1990-95 its the camero. I never liked mustangs until 95-2000

87-93 Mustang! I had a 92GT. I loved to beat IROC's or any F body for that matter back in the mid 90's when I was doing a lot of street racing.
