I forgot to add that I do not like window tinting,
because it makes it harder to see when driving at night.

Also, when it's under 65 F, (most of the year here)
I LOVE IT when the sun heats up the interior.
If it's say 55 F, no wind and brilliant sun,
it can often be 85-90 F in the parked car,
so it feels like summer inside.

A window tinted car would kill, or mute this pleasure.

In Texas 9 months out of the year it would be less like a pleasurable tropical experience and more like an inferno.

I often use car heat under 75 F when there's no sun.
I like my cabin temp between 78 and 96 F;
so it feels nothing like a northern clime,
but still cool enough I don't sweat profusely.

I probably will never move to Texas because it'd require me immigrating,
but if I did I'd probably buy a car down there anyways,
since we use kilometers, not miles and it would require re-calibration.
