Most of the traffic channels didn't die. They just moved or merged with other traffic channels. So now, DC is DC/Baltimore, Philly is Philly/Boston, etc.

Maybe you have a block on "explicit language" channels? 67 is one of these. My GF and I also have XM receivers and we are able to receive that channel just fine.

No, I just checked that. I forgot to mention that I have two XM Recievers. One in my house and another one that came built-in my Honda Odyssey, and they both skip over it. I even tuned them to other explicit channels and they worked fine.........weird. Thank you anyway! -mmccul

Check the lineup. They have merged 2 cities on one channel, for example on XM now both Baltimore and Washington are on channel 214. Detroit and Las Vegas are on 216. Only the biggest cities (NYC, L.A.) have their own channel.

It didn't merge (Dallas-Ft Worth is not close enough to merge with any other city). It did move - thanks, guys!

Sirius preparing possible bankruptcy filing: report | Reuters

I am getting ready to select a package and I saw the article that I referenced above.

Quote:
Sirius XM has nearly $1 billion in debt due this year, prompting analysts to doubt its future given the sluggish credit market and a steep drop in car sales, the biggest source of new satellite radio subscribers.

Problem with Lifetime is it is not transferable. When the car is gone, so is your money and subscription.
I love it especially on the long hauls..no trying to find a crummy area station.
Did you know you, along with your cars subscription. you can also listen to it on-line...I have mine going as I type.
