Nissan Versa, Hyundai Elantra, Toyota Yaris, What would you choose?
So I was browsing newer cars and seen some that are 4 cylinders and caught my eye.
What's your experience with these?
Nissan Versa
Hyundai Elantra
Toyota Yaris
All of these would be four doors as well.

Hmm...... 
Honestly I don't like any of them, but if I had to choose one it would be the Versa, it looks like it has the most room and is the most practical.
Have you looked at the Mazda 3? It's compact but it still has a sporty look to it. |

Mazda 3's are meh. If I go in that direction it'd be a Focus instead. I'm not sure if I want to get a different car, just weighing some ideas.

Forget the overpriced nissan and toyota, go with hyundai. My friend owns an accent hatchback, no problems what so ever and the car cools down and heats up very quickly. Some of the interior may feel cheap to some, but they stand up to everyday abuse.

I came close to buying a 2009 Yaris HB, so that's what I voted for. I ended up getting a lot more car for less money by picking up a 2007 malibu Maxx.

Hyundai's are built right here in my neck of the woods and I still wouldn't buy one. The resale value is horrible and every one I see over about 5 years is falling apart.

Of the three, a Versa. But if you open yourself up to used cars as well, you can get something much nicer for the money. I could never get away with driving any of the three around here (snow).
