That said, are you sure it was stolen for the purpose of breaking into your car? I wouldn't want to dissuade you from getting the car re-keyed to protect your gear but cars are so easy to break into for a thief anyway that I cannot imaging one going to the trouble to steal a key ahead of time.
How much would it cost to re key a 2010 Ford Mustang. Drivers door and trunk? I was able to have a locks smith change the ignition key but he said that's all that he could do. Can anyone help?
