Some but not all. I lived in Long Island for a few years and can tell you that this is far from true. I know people living in $5M & $10M houses that paid cash and drove around in $200K or $500K cars. Yes your statement is true for some, especially "old" money but there is plently of "new" money out there that have millions and just love cars as well.

No, it wouldn't bother me in the least. In fact, it would be a positive thing, since it would be a sign of success. And it's much better to deal with a successful realtor than an unsuccessful one.
