NUTHALL, England, Jan. 21 (UPI) -- British police apologized to a man whose parked car was twice photographed by a camera near his home and issued speeding fines.

Jeff Buck, 55, said he recently received two speeding fines alleging he was violating the speed limit while his car was actually parked in front of his Nuthall, England, home, the Nottingham Evening Post reported Thursday.

Politicians keep telling us that 'red light cameras are for safety' and not to raise revenue. But in NY, the governor, as part of his way to cover a 1 Billion dollar deficit, has a provision in his plan to raise money is to allow 'speed cameras' on state highways.
