that depends too where the miles put on by a teen that likes to thrash on a car or an older persen who drives more reserved also are they city or HWY miles.
You have to be very careful with "garage queens." That is, the ten year old car that was owned by Grandma, driven for 5k miles and hadn't been driven in five years. We have inherited several of those from elderly relatives and more often than not, they are real PITAs. It may take a lot of $$$ to bring those cars to the point where they can actually be used as daily drivers.

Yup, in my experience LACK of use is way worse than constant use. It all depends on what kind of driving you're doing too. 200k miles purely on the interstates can be racked up in a couple of years, 200k miles without leaving Manhattan would be brutal.
A few years ago one of my good friends drove a cab for a company that had a fleet of mid-90s Grand Marquis and Crown Vics. Mileage on them typically ranged from 200k to one with over 600k miles on it. Maintenance was kept up and they were religious about oil changes, and supposedly all these cars ran perfectly. Zero problems whatsoever aside from the normal wear and tear stuff you would expect.
Hours of operation is really the best single indicator of a car's wear. I wish cars would have an time-of-service meter like other heavy equipment does.
I wouldn't worry about it cars are meant to be driven.
