I have never heard a "whiny" Ferrari. They have race car sound, sometimes a "shriek" at high RPM but it is an angry, potent sound. Not throaty like a GM V8 (I like these too).

The Enzo clip below is better:

I don't know anyone who actually believes that. The Ferrari is still a much better ride and significantly easier to drive at the limit but you pay the price for quality.

I have read those very words right here on this forum. Dollar-for-dollar, the Chevy is hard to beat.

That's something I certainly won't disagree with. The Corvette has been a great sports car since the C5 and the C6 is an absolute beast. I just wish Chevy would make some adjustments to make the C6 more predictable at the limit but we might just have to wait until the C7 to see that.

Check out the latest Car & Driver with the lap times at VIR.

The Corvettes, especially the ZR1, blew the doors off everything, with cars costing 3x as much.

I will say, the drivers in the above video were retarded and should be ashamed.

I hope they don't use the concept from tranformer 2 with the stingray concept it looks more like a caddilac from the headlights and the hood is huge they are trying to hard to make it exotic looking if the bring back the stingray I hope the go retro and bring back the 63 spilit window with a 7.0 LS7 which equals to around 427 cubes a modren version would be neat even if the just design one for fun if GM can let jay leno build a jet car they can build a fun version with modren performance because all the classic sting rays are out of the reach to most people exept the super rich or collectors that don't drive them
