At first glance, it looked like the dealer forgot to set a reserve. However, the dealer DID set a reserve and it was met. They need to honor the transaction.

I think it is despicable that this dealer will not honor the winning bid. Is all of this negativity publicity worth the $12k they are saving on the vehicle? I should think not... I have trouble understanding where people supporting the dealers actions are coming from... the rules of eBay are clearly laid out on these matters.

Its such a challenge dealing with these dodgy dealerships, hopefully the public disgrace will work they way it worked with that Hyundai dealership.

man $29K for a SRT8 425HP hemi challenger man if he gets it for that price which I hope he does that is a smoking deal on a nice car

The dealership required the guy to edit all his post to just say something along the lines that they came to an agreement. He got the car, but can't post about the deal. Internet forums....Power to the people!

found it, Mcfly lol. I think that went around alot of the similar car type forums and that dealership was getting spammed horrendously in all ways.
