Haha I wish I could do without, but driving in NY (especially NYC) without one is an easy way to get banged out for a very expensive ticket. My grandparents have a recreation home up in the Poconos, and I always wondered as a kid why none of the locals had front plates and why the cops weren't pulling them over lol.

The Optima is a nice car. I had a 2011 EX 2.4 I bought with 5 miles on her. Traded it in at 11k miles for my 2012 Sonata 2.0T.

The turbo is much funner But I got about 4MPG better with the 2.4. I miss the Optima's looks, might trade my Sonata in for a SX if the right deal presents itself.

I bought her this morning after a 4 hour drive to pick it up (I looked at it last week). I've been after one for years but very hard to find one with RHD.... I am ooooone happy man!.
