I leased this for my 40th birthday; some midlife crisis, eh? I am going to buy it out at lease end in a few months and turn it over to the wife.

It's a BMW 7 series Li (Limo edition)
Mine (a '76) had a base price of $15,239. Considerably less than the most expensive Rolls and Mercedes of the same era. I bought mine for much less than the original price.
Cadillac typically built around 1,000 limos and 1,000 nine-passenger sedans each year.

Surprising that BMW calls the car you posted a limo. My '69 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham (which is not a limo) has about the same or more rear seat room and that BMW does not have a partition window.

What all are you doing as far as restoration?

The car on top of my resto list is a 62 Continental convertible. I need to make a topic on it so I can get some help on deciding what colors to have it painted.

Now I see why you are defending the newer Mustangs all the time (I honestly did not know you owned one).

I was a GM guy most of my life and bought this Mustang and now love these cars deeply. I honestly love all cars. Not loyal to one brand cause I have owned em all! lol

Yep I own a TR. I want to own another but money is tight these days.

As for mods, it has a TE44 turbo, 36 lb injectors, GN110T cam advanced 4 degrees, Turbo Tweak chip, 3 inch Terry Houston downpipe, 3 inch straight shot mandrel bent exhaust with a Dynomax Ultraflow muffer and dump pipe, Walbro 340 pump with hot wire, and of course an Alky control alcohol injection set up.

Then there's other small little mods like an adjustable waste gate, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, Scanmaster, PLX wide band, Kirban's shifter mod, Caspers knock alarm, Caspers alternator hot wire, Steadfast column guard....pushing 23-24 lbs of boost, all eslse is stock down to the factory posi trac and factory bucket seats.

Can't wait to get some slicks on it and get it to the track.

I've never been one to take pictures of my cars (I will in the future) but the pictures I posted are exactly what my cars look like. I just bought the ZX3 because I just junked my 1988 Volvo
