What? Its post pictures of your favorite aircraft. If you don't have anything to add, you should not post.

Maybe you should re-read the first post, and then quit stealing photos from other websites.

A few pages back....ROFL.......

I take them from Wikipedia and they are for any and all public viewing and sharing........with no copyright infringements.

It's MY thread....I don't have a problem with the photos....I actually appreciate posters adding their pictures and taking the time involved....I think most aircraft pictures are public domain by the way.

I was intrigued by a neat looking aircraft I saw in the 1939 Five Came Back movie. Turns out it's a one-of-a-kind Capelis XC-12. Funded by Greek restaurateurs in LA it had limited flight time as the screws (not rivets) holding it together kept coming loose. Unable to get insured it lived out it's days as movie prop.

The Comanche ........with advanced radar absorbing composite construction, ducted rear rotor, internal weapon's bay and other advanced features....however the series has been cancelled; but IMHO......our next attack helicopter will have many of the same design features as the Comanche.

The De Havilland Comet had problems with its original design of square windows, and that faulty design caused stress fractures in the fuselage, which lead to the catastrophic mid-air depressurization, and crashes.

Military aircraft, I like them all, especially the Lockheed Blackbird, and the SR-71 F-22 Raptor, commercial aircraft, I like all the Boeing jet aircraft, from their first 707, to the newest 787, and I like all the Airbuses, but I may have my reservations about the A-380. I also like some classic commercial aircraft, like the Douglas DC-6, and DC-7, and the Lockheed Constelation.

I also like many light single and twin engine aircraft, like the Cessna 172 and 182, the Beechcraft 58 Baron, along with the Beechcraft 1900.
