This does make you cringe. They put so much work into these planes and it can be all over in a second. A real shame.

Model Aircraft crashed at RAF Cosford on the 20th July 2013. It was the Model Aircraft US Coast Guard.

Somebody is not going to be allowed to pilot the model plane anytime in the near future.

That's the rough part about flying something like that, you'll do your best, but it's always at risk of being destroyed in an accident...felt the same way about the guys who built a real, flyable, Hugh's H-1 Racer a few years back...the amount of time and effort that was put into creating that masterpiece was astounding...only to have the plane, and a pilot lost after an engine failure in the Northwestern United States.
