Thats going to be a bit of a problem as the plane needs 9000ft of runway to take off and the airport only has 6000ft of runway.
My solution would be a little JATO assist. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VHOvoO-6nWQ

They might also get rid as much of the excess weight as they can, floorboards, minimum fuel, furniture, sidewalls, etc. Also I believe that 9000 ft is with a full load, I might be wrong.
Edit: I see that you're right, that's quite a pickle they're in.
How in the heck could they possibly land at the wrong airport? I have heard of this before, but it makes no sense. Why didn't anyone notice they were heading the wrong way.
I'm surprised the guy in the control tower didnt question the pilot about bringing a heavy into that particular airport as i doubt with the small runway that planes this size are a frequent event if at all.
I'll put money on it that they will fly it out. Jabara has a 6100' runway. Strip it down, minimum fuel, cool day, good head wind, and a Boeing test pilot and they will have it out of there.
I can see it happening a Long VFR Approach, to 19 coming in from the north, You see 18 in front of you and land.
But in a 747?? 8 miles short?
But they will get if off no-problem. Take out the cargo, Pull off most of the JetA.
Run the 4 massive Engines to the firewall, let the breaks go and you off.

Told it happened in the 70's? in Columbus OH. Plane landed at Don Scott, OSU Airport, not at Port Columbus. Story is they brought Boeing in. They stripped the plane, minimum fuel. Took some stuff down at one end of the runway so the tail of the plane was over the edge, wheels on the runway. Took some stuff Pole, wires, etc. down on the other end of the runway. Pilot revved the hell out of the plane. Some say the plane was shaking. They say it cleared the end by about 10 feet as predicted.

Btw: looking back this seem to be a twice a week run from Grottaglie Italy -> JFK -> McConnell
