I booked an international flight for my fiancee, and somehow put her title as Mr instead of Ms.

Is there any chance that this could cause any problems?

You should most likely contact the involved carrier asap, they would be able to give you a much more accurate answer than anyone on the internet.

I don't think it'll be a problem. Your passport doesn't use prefixes.
Heck, some airlines don't even use them (Southwest, American for sure).
My gf just flew on Lufthansa as "Mr".
