I need to commute to DLA Piper, a law firm near Johns Hopkins University, in Baltimore for about 4-6 weeks. Does anyone know of a commuter bus that runs mornings and evenings from College Park, Greenbelt, or other nearby points to walking distance of DLA Piper (6225 Smith Avenue, Baltimore) or Johns Hopkins University (5801 Smith Avenue)?

As an alternative, I would be willing to take the troubled MARC line from Greenbelt to Camden Yards or Penn Station, and connect to other public transportation to the vicinity of DLA Piper or Hopkins.

FYI: The address given is not near the main campus or hospital area of JHU, it's part of JHU's Mt. Washington Campus (which is the name of the neighborhood where the address is).

The light rail stops very close to here. If you're looking for an alternative to MARC, you can take the B30 Bus from greenbelt to BWI, then the light rail to Mount Washington. This is a long trip, and there is currently a "bus bridge" while work is being done on the light rail tracks downtown.

My advice would be to take MARC (which has been doing somewhat better, it seems, due to the added political pressure) to Penn Station, walk to Mt. Royal station and take the light rail to Mt. Washington.

Neither are quick or 100% reliable.
