i love my new house in middle river(baltimore) (apartment, low crime)

hey, everybody , i am new here, i move to my new house for 2 months now and i find i love it more and more. it is in middle river( baltimore) 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with basement and a yard. happy to know there are so many natrue seeings here. statepark, county park, and....4 beaches around this area, how exciting is that ! every evening i walk with my husband in the park, enjoy the fresh air and sundown or sometimes go to the beach , how happy the moment is.everything is so peaceful. Oh , by the way , this area is still improving, I am quite confident this house must increase the value in the near future.


by the way , I am a new immigrant to this country, we spent 9 months to find our ideal house, don’t mention how difficult it was. We knew nothing about this country and this state, thanks to our agent though (Hank Wang with long and foster, 410-207-7723), he really help us a lot. I am not trying to do advertising for him but he is really great, from my honest. My husband and I are so picky on the house, we saw almost 100 houses (really so tired). But our agent is surprisingly patient, he never pushes us, instead, he helps us figure out what we really need. And one thing I can’t don’t mention—the loan problem. we are new, our credit score is not quite good to borrow money easily. But he made a lot of calls to the loan company for us to follow our case. Sometimes I tell to my husband, the commission he made from this transition can’t even be enough to cover his phone bill and gasoline because we really saw a lot of houses (more than 100, sorry Hank )

I moved to Maryland 4 years ago and one place I found that was rather nice, was Middle River. I lived in an apartment there and liked the fact that it was close to everything city, yet was also close to parks and wild areas. I also found it to be a friendly area with a low crime rate. Anyway, we are happy you landed in MD, you are obviously a positive addition to our community.

First see the word your house is in the river.I suddenly have a big picture in my mind.How beautiful it is,right?When you make up in the morning,I believe you can see a beautiful sightseeing.I wish I can live the place like that.Anyway, wish you a happy life.
