What's happening with Route 40 through the city
Anyone know what's happening with Route 40 through the city (westward direction)? It was a great way for me to get over to the west side where I work very quickly. Now I have to travel through some sketchy neighorhoods along the way since it's closed.

That question was raised in another thread.. Speculation is that it has to do with the expansion of the West Baltimore Park and Ride for the MARC train. The exit ramps on the western end terminate in the construction area.. So I guess they have closed 40 temporarily until they finish portions of that parking lot.
