Commute time question...Owings Mills to Middle River (Bethesda, Reisterstown: live in, area)

Hello! I live in Owings Mills, near the 140 exit and am considering a jobin the Middle River area, specifically the area on 43 near 95. Google Map says ~30 min. How long will it take me at about 8:30 am?

45-60 minutes. But, the traffic is really weird on the Beltway (you should know this). There have been times I've been able to make it from Reisterstown to Sparrows Point (farther out than Middle River) in 35-45 minutes during "rush hour", then there's times where it would take me an hour to get from 795/140 to I-83, both with normal traffic and no accidents.

Thanks! My previous commute was OM to Bethesda, so I know little of the topside traffic
