Default General Contractor Recommendations (for old row houses in the city)

Does anyone have a GC they have worked with and recommend? Preferably one that has worked on older city row homes? I have a decent laundry list of work that needs to be done in June/July - - and am looking for one contractor to come and do all it (whether or not he has to sub some out). Installation of a simple kitchen, stairs, flexible duct central air to two floors of the house, and more if we can afford it!

Thanks!
-S

My guy Randy is really good. He built our house in Canton when we rehabbed it. His email is ralesent@gmail.com
