Has anyone lived or knows someone who has lived at Wyman Park Apartments at 3945 Beech Avenue? I'm moving to Baltimore from FL in July and these apartments seem to be in a quiet and safe location. They also have good reviews online.

My boyfriend and I will be living together, and we'd prefer not to have any roommates (bad experiences in the past). I'm sorry!

Here is a link to the apartments: http://www.realestatedimensions.com/wyman.html

Don't do it. I lived there. Horrible rental company. Most of it was severely damaged in a fire 2 years ago. Which is when I left.

You must be confusing it with another apartment building as this is the large yellow brick structure just off W. 39th Street. It's never had a fire and I certainly would know as I live not far from there.

My daughter's friend and her husband lived there for several years including two years ago while he was doing his PhD at Hopkins and they had a pleasant time in the building. The apartment was large, rents reasonable, quality of the building quite good and the location excellent, and I most certainly would have known if there had been a fire. The building is popular with Hopkins graduate students and post-doc fellows.

You are right Tally Balt, my mistake ... the one I'm thinking of is a few blocks down Beech Ave. Wyman Court Apartments.
