I have previously lived in DC, Delaware and Philly so I'm not worried about the violence everyone so speaks of. I do however want to find a good place in the city, where I can still have my car, be around bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. I'm single and 31 (and female). I plan on moving late July-early August. Also, if anyone has any good references for some real estate agents, I need to find a rental agent.

Thanks!

Oh, and I wouldn't mind a nice sized studio in a good part of town (just means more crap I need to throw out and not move!). I frequent baltimore every time I visit to hang out, but haven't lived there. And I am choosing baltimore because it is a city in between many of my friends in DC and Philly, I work in the legal field, and I'm finishing a degree in finance, but don't want to live in the burbs.

I will definitely be contacting you in the near future. I'm still working out details of what school I plan to attend, after that, I'm ready and can fly out, find a place and pick a move date!

Thank you!

Canton/Fells Point is a possibility. If you choose to live in that area, the biggest problem is parking. I'd find something with it included.
