Yes, and the fact the Democrat Mayor Stephanie Rawlings Blake and former Gov. O'Malley flooded the state with undocumented Democrats.

Greektown, Highlandtown, and Dundalk are the best bet for a Puerto Rican moving to the Baltimore area, or Maryland period , as that area as the highest concentration of PRs in the state, while still having large numbers of other Hispanic groups and non hispanics as well.

Obviously areas like Orlando, Philly, & NYC are more popular. But Baltimore & suburban DC may possibly get a sizable boost of Puerto Ricans due to Hurricane Maria. Its likely Florida may get less than before the catergory 5 hurricane, which may have shook people from moving to Florida, migration may spread a bit across the eastcoast.

Also due to the possible cancellation of DACA by Trump, we may see less Mexicans & Central Americans/Salvadorians.

Yep, mostly central american. That neighborhood along Broadway was an old Polish neighborhood many years ago.

Lot's of Latinos in the APT's in Cockeysville, and in my old neighborhood behind were Food Lion is, and along Cranbrook RD.
I don't know if I would call it thriving.

Cranbrook RD below Dulaney Valley High School is heavily Black, Latino, and East Indian. The apartments.

Once you get above the apartments you are starting to get into Dulaney Valley along Pot Spring RD everything is upscale.

The Latin festival is right around the corner at the Fair Ground.

Yep. They have everything at the fairgrounds except what I am interested in.

I bike through, or by the fairgrounds every day. Depending on what's going on there. I often ride through if nothing is going on.

Over the summer some security/ticket taker outside one of the buildings shouts at me I am going to have to pay to get in (He assumed I was going in the building?) And I pointed to York RD and said no, I am going that way, and sped by on my old Trek 660. I can fly on that bike.

I envision me leaving this area. It's crowded, dumpy along York RD, and overpriced.

Sorry folks, off topic.

I hope not.

And why when they could move to cheaper areas. Maryland is expensive.
