I pulled up the listing as well. Seems like a pretty good deal granted almost every place in Canton has parking pad potential. Just matters how small your car is. The price has come down a lot in the time it's been on the market place. Seems like it's an investor trying to cash out with whatever they can grab at this point.

Aaaaah! thanks for the advice everyone! still unsure what to do. gotta make up my mind asap though. I'm comfortable with the mortgage payment either way, but 50 bucks more comforbable with it at 129K. not a deal breaker but we'll see what happens.

Never fall hopelessly in love with a car, house, or woman. You will overpay every time. Be strong.

well the falling in love with a woman won't ever happen, and I'm surely not in love with this house or my hub-capless car, but it IS a nice house. So Zea mays says 'stay' right where I am and hope someone else doens't go look at it and snatch it up this weekend. aaaah~not sure what to do. I wish I had a crystal ball.

If you're comfortable paying the 135 you can probably offer 132 or something just to see what happens. I know the monthly payment amount still won't be much different but most likely worst case is they stay firm at 135.

Perhaps you could wish for some hub-caps! I wish you luck in your endeavor.

Well, you should never become angry. I would give the seller your card or phone number, and tell them your offer of $129k and seller-pays-costs is really the highest your budget will allow. Smile, be pleasant, tell them you like the house, but never appear anxious. Like the saying goes, "Never let them see you sweat."

200 plus days seems like a long time on the market. If I were the seller I would becoming antsy about now.

Good luck, and let us know how it turns out.

Good luck. Seems like a decent deal. Make sure to get a good home inspection done if the offer works out.

This is depressing me. Makes me want to trade in my home, and buy for $130k in Patterson Park. Seems like a great deal.
