I would rather venture to Deleware to the outlets..its cheaper and no tax

No tax in Pennsylvania, either, and the outlets in Lancaster aren't that far.

Some outlets in Gettysburg right off of Rt. 97 also.

and Port Deposit Maryland and Hagerstown and Easton and Ocean City...tons of outlets...oh and Arundel Mills
