Best (Inexpensive) Places to shop in DC, Maryland or Northern VA
I will be in the area for a few days and would like to know where's the best place(s) to go school shopping for my children that's not too expensive? Thanks!

No tax in Pennsylvania, either, and the outlets in Lancaster aren't that far.
