jonjj - you gave me a chuckle...thanks. anyway, the museum looks great...especially since the port discovery museum is not an option.

now i'm thinking...aquarium on day 1, zoo on day 2, and science center on day 3. afternoon naps on all days and then outdoor stuff before and after dinner....walk around inner harbor, etc.

Science Center is great. Highly recommended with young kids.

Food around the Inner Harbor is challenging, and the waits can be painful, especially with young kids (though mid-week might be OK). We really like going to Isabella's in Little Italy for pizza with the kids. It's tiny but nice and the pizza is great, plus you get a little away from the Inner Harbor crowds. Isabella's (http://isabellasbrickoven.net/default.aspx - broken link) It's also close to Vaccaro's if you want your gelato afterwards.

I always loved the the science center, Port Discovery, the art museum (it has an outdoor part, with cool structures; yes, it sounds boring, but my cousins & I, always loved it!), ESPNZone... they have a cool kid zone. I pretty sure it's still there, haha. The carasel about Fort McHenry. So many great kid areas, You'll have a blast!!

Thanks all! And JLurk - thanks for the pizza info. I also believe there is a Whole Foods nearby so we can always pop in there for prepared food and then sit outside at the harbor.
