Default BSL in Baltimore?
Just wondering if there are any cities that has banned pits? Looking at Reisterstown specifically. Thanks to anyone that can help!

Reisterstown would fall under Baltimore County, as there's no actual Reisterstown government. I don't think there's any restrictions, but you could call the Baltimore County SPCA for more info:
