Don't worry, it is not much better in Pittsburgh. How do they do it in Baltimore? Here they tow your vehicle, do not contact you, after 4 hours charge you for 2 days holding (usually you don't notice until well after 4 hours) and ticket you for every possible offense that they can find. Now that they "privatized" towing it is even more "fun". IK some cities like Philly are even worse, is Baltimore similar to what I just described?
