I just got an apartment in White Marsh and was wondering what I can expect as far as cost for gas,electric, cable and internet?

It can vary greatly. 1 bedroom I would expect $150 for your gas/electric. $100 for TV internet. Get Verizon if you can. I live in the city and am stuck with comcast. They basically have a monopoly down here because it is too expensive for Verizon to install the infrastructure for FIOS.
BGE charges residents 9.1 to 9.8 cents a kilowatt hour for electricity. Since Maryland is a deregulated state for energy you can shop your energy rates for a cheaper provider. I used Point Click Switch - I've recommended them on here and some other folks were happy with the results as well. My charge went from 9.8 cents to 7.35 cents a kilowatt hour. About 25% off my bill.
Put citydata in the promo code area. They are a Baltimore based company and very helpful with questions and customer service.
