Question Looking for good advice on one bedroom apartments around Baltimore area!

Here is a little info about myself. I am almost 30 swm trying to find a decent apartment complex to move to. I'll be moving in with a cousin who lives in Dundalk for the time being until I can find a place. My job will be around the CSX train yards throughout the city, as I'm a conductor. I don't want a huge commute, but would rather drive a little more and have a safer area. I'm looking to spend between $800-$900 a month on rent. Prefer to have personal washer/dryer in the apartment. I would also prefer to stay on the western (northwestern/southwestern could work as well) side of Baltimore, but doesn't have to be in the city, as most of the time I will be reporting to work at Locus Point, or Curtis Bay yards and would prefer not to have to pay the tunnel or bridge tolls twice a day to go to work. Any suggestions of decent neighborhoods, or apartment complexes would be greatly appreciated. Oh, and I want a one bedroom apartment, not a studio or to rent a room/have a roommate (personal reasons). Thanks everyone.

I think I'd focus on Glen Burnie.

Cromwell Fountain in northern Glen Burnie would be a good, convenient location. I'm not sure if they're apartments or condos or both, but it's worth looking into. Also try Mountain Ridge further south in Glen Burnie. They're close to I-97 and Route 100.
