Hi,

I've been looking for this information for some time now, including a search on this forum, and found nothing.

How much time would you expect to spend sitting in the shuttle bus going from Homewood campus to JHMI? Especially departing from 7:30-8:00.

I found the route, the schedule, but couldn't figure out how long it takes.

Thanks in advance for the answer.

Anybody? Is there a grad student or postdoc doing this shuttle run every morning?

It's roughly about 20-25 minutes or so from Homewood to the hospital area, depending on traffic; if there are fires or accidents on the route, it could take a bit longer.

Thank you.

If that is accurate, then it's good. I hoped it would be much faster than other public transport options in Hampden and Wyman (sometimes more than 40 minutes according to google maps). It seems to be case.

My mistake, my friend takes the shuttle from Eastern campus.

And I can assure you with 100% certainty that the shuttle will be faster and more reliable than any MTA service.

It normally takes 1/2 hour or less. Most of the time, the shuttles run on the hour and the half hour. So, the shuttle that departs Homewood at 1pm is the same shuttle that departs JHMI for the return trip at 1:30pm, and so on. There are more shuttles operating during peak hours, but either way, you can make it within 1/2 hour.
