Default Have superfresh and payless and other stores close to Rotunda gone?

I remember there was a site west to Rotunda and very near to it, where there were Superfresh, Payless, and some other stores. But I cannot find them via Google map now. I wonder what has happened to them?

What are now or going to be on that site?

Is Payless relocated to some place also near JHU Homewood?

Thanks!

Default Greenspring Station

Superfresh went bankrupt and the 41st Street location closed. The space was taken over by Giant which moved from the Rotuda, which will be undergoing a major alteration/expansion. BTW, the shopping center near 41st and Falls derives its name from its erstwhile owner, Greenspring Dairy which, I believe, is the corporate parent of Royal Farms.
My apologies for a misidentification in the headline that I cannot correct. Greenspring Station, of course, is wrong; it's at the corner of Greenspring and Falls. This particular site is called Green Spring Tower Square shopping center, 1020 W. 41st St.
