oh.. One more question..

Are there any significant differences in crime around the areas of
1111 Light, Eden Apts, or Domain Brewers Hill Apts??

These seem to be the best Luxury Apartment options closest to
Ground-Zero for each district.

1111 would likely be drunken/nuisance/loud as it is right at the heart of Federal Hill. The Eden is in between Harbor East and Fells - not much to worry about there unless you go north some. Brewers Hill will likely have more than either of those 2, but it is far in terms of how much crime there is from other parts of the city.

1111 isn't right next to 95 - its conveniently close, but you won't hear any noise.

I wouldn't be too concerned about the crowds near 1111. It's literally right in the middle of the action which it sounds like you are looking for. Check Craigslist too. Some people rent out condos. There is another very nice building on Light that's all condos. I don't know the address offhand but it's across the street from the Ace Hardware.

I've been in all the buildings, they are all really quiet in peaceful on the inside. The apartments in 1111 Light Street are behind the office building, which puts them away from the noise of Cross St. It was built to be like an Oasis in the middle of the action, and I think they achieved that. I wouldn't worry about being near 95, you can barely hear it, I live near it and I have cheap, old windows.

The trains don't make much noise near 1901 or McHenry Row, just the occasional bang which definitely won't wake you. You will hear the cruise boat leave on Sundays which is pretty cool.

I knew 1111 wasn't near the 95 its right in the middle of the peninsula.

All the other new apartments in Fed Hill that I have found searching the internet
seem to be right next to the 95. So what I getting at was "Are there any other
choices like 1111 that are new and luxury other than the ones I found which happen
to be right next to the 95."

Tom, these guys have covered the bases pretty well for you. I live not far from KLynch and either 1111 Light or the 1211lightstreet.com/ seem like what you are inquiring about.
