The "Yuppie Bar" thread was not mine and this thread is quite different.
I care not what someone's Pedigree/PerceivedSocialClass/IvyStatus/etc is.

What I would like to know is where the well dressed women (21-32) go after
work for a drink and to socialize. (And this one I will drive for)

And let's keep the suggestions inside the 695 beltway.
I don't live in DC, NYC, or LA..

Pazo, Bond Street Social, Ra, Whit and Wisdom... pretty much all of Harbor East. Also check out Silo .5%, and there are some pretty upscale places in Hampden and Mt. Vernon.

Thanks KLynch10..

I've gone to Bond Street Social twice already and it definitely is an example of what I am talking about..
Now I have a few more choices to check out..

I'm willing to travel..
Red Maple is too far to walk so what is the parking situation? A safe $10 parking garage?

street parking in Mt Vernon can be tough, though I think there is a parking garage around UB just a few blocks away. also in the area is City Cafe which has a nice happy hour.

I checked out all these after work today.. Wit & Wisdom was my kind of place.
They were all fairly empty from 5-7 today. I'll try them later tonight.

Bond is now my least favorite. Wit, Pazo, and Ra all seem more classy to me.
Bond seems like a big open room without any character by comparison.

KLynch10 is turning into my one-stop shopping expert!

Probably due to the holiday / time of the year. I'd check back for happy hour into mid-January. Post-happy hour too is worthwhile to check out, place typically clears out by 11 p.m. though.

Just wait until the summer, lol.

My favorite places in the city are Pazo, Vino Rosino, City Cafe, Brewer's (I live in Mt. Vernon), B&O hotel bar, Silo Point's bar is nice too, just a bit out of the way.

There's a few spots in Fells / Canton (the Square) worth checking out too, more casual, but, a good opportunity to meet new people.

Sorry for not being helpful. What is considered as well-dressed for women and for men? Is it in the eyes of beholders?
