Default Engineering Jobs in Bmore?

Hello everyone. I am an engineering college student and am looking to find a co-op job in the Baltimore area. I have finished my freshmen year at Drexel University and am now expected to work for in an engineering or technology related job from Septermber to March, but haven't had much luck finding positions in the area. I was wondering if anybodyknew of places that would be willing to hire at an entry level. I don't drive and live in the county, so I was hoping to find something that is near public transportation (bus, subway, and light rail are all options). This work is for college credit so I need to find something soon. While I haven't chosen a specific field of engineering for my major, I have experience in mechanical design but am not picky. Also, I go back to school (in Philly) in March but am looking for something that I might be able to return to, as the school puts me on a co-op cycle every 6 months. Thanks in advance for your time.

I don't know what engineering you do, but Black and Decker is big in Baltimore if you have mechanical or industrial skills.

Also the headquarters for Northrop Grumman Electronics Systems is right by BWI. Mostly EE, CE, Systems Engineering. That's who I work for and I know they have a lot of college positions open now. If you like the MD/DC/VA area, working for a company that will get you a security clearance is better than tenure...

Default Engineering Jobs for students

Hello,
Try Maryland Department of Transportation, State Highway Administration.
You may be able to qualify for co-op training.
