ToneGrail is on a distinguished road
Within the city borders, most of those good neighborhoods are located in a wedge-shaped corridor that bisects the city from Pikesville-Towson-Parkville and gets narrower as you get closer to downtown. There are a couple pockets like Original Northwood and Mayfield that are surrounded by bad areas on all sides.

Actually Mayfield is bordered by both Arcadia and Beverly Hills to the northeast which are both very nice neighborhoods in the city to live.
