What if you don't want to do juryduty and you happen to be an older almost-70 year old woman...what would one wear in this situation..I do not have any Bob Marley T. shirts lying around.

It pays even more, then, to live in an area where there is not as much crime.

Both sides select jurors based on what they know about the prospective juror. If you want to be a juror, then when they ask, "Has anybody ever been [arrested, robbed, been cheated, etc], come forward." You will go up thinking that something you say might disqualify you as a juror, but it may well be the exact opposite. Information is power. If they have no information about you, you would be a potential danger to the case on either side. If you don't want to be a juror stay in your seat. Act like you have lived a sheltered life and have never experienced anything bad or good.

You could still get selected, but it is less likely.
