Question Kid-Friendly Restaurants for This Coming Weekend

Hi all---

Can anyone recommend some kid-friendly places we could meet some friends for brunch this coming Saturday within a 1/2-hour's drive of Baltimore---preferably heading toward the Glen Burnie area? We are flying up from NC so I can see a doctor at Mercy Hospital on Friday. On Saturday morning we are meeting some friends who live down in Edgewater, MD and we are looking for some kid-friendly places to eat. Any suggestions that are reasonably-priced (like a Panera Bread or diner) that are in a safe area? We have a 3-yr-old and our friends have a 5-yr-old. Thanks in advance!

Most restaurant in the area are children friendly.
You can try Cheese cake factory. You can find one in Baltimore Harbor.
I love the food.

Default Paper Moon Diner

This is really interesting place. Plenty of stuff to keep the kiddos occupied.

There's a Panera in Severna Park and one in Glen Burnie - both are in safe suburban strip malls. And there's a Double T Diner in Glen Burnie, just south of Marley Station Mall.

If you're looking for something a little more local, there are Bill Bateman's in Glen Burnie and Severna Park.

Have fun!

Thanks, everyone! We ended up going to one of the Shirley's Diner locations just outside of Baltimore---our friends said they didn't mind driving and it was only about 15-20 minutes from our hotel. It had been voted top breakfast spot for 2007 by AOL something or other. We thought it was just "eh" at best and it wasn't in the nicest area, but we didn't know. Thank you all anyway!!
