At least I am interested in finding out more about the architecture in this city instead of making uninformed opinions and bashing. From Wiki:
Proposed hotel and remodel
As of March 2006, Amtrak is in negotiations with a unnamed developer to build a 72-room hotel on three unused floors of Penn Station. As part of this redevelopment, the station's main floor may also be revamped to include more retail space. If Amtrak is able to build a hotel at Penn Station, it would be a first for any Amtrak station in the United States

reality check.
I'm talking about now, reality, today, not some pie in the sky, 2 year old negotiation of something that might happen.
If Amtrak does indeed rennovate Penn Station and it becomes an asset to the city, I will be the first to acknowledge it. I hope it does happen as a regular user of MARC. But as of now it's crap.
Man you guys are all over that Wikipedia. Try looking out the front door.

By responding to these posts we are just feeding a troll that is only intersted in satisfying their own angst and disappointment rather than truly providing an informed, balanced position of the topic.

You're right. I said before that I was just going to ignore that person but I was not a very strong person and bit at the apple. I am taking your suggestion and thank you for bringing me back to my senses.

Couldn't agree with you more. What surprises me is that you still use it.

My firends? Who's the one hanging out at the Baltimore AIA. Your logic again escapes me.

HEY. No need to insult the AIA.

I love Baltimore but I went to the site skyline and some of those places are in some pretty tough neighborhoods. For a newcomer to Baltimore, stay south of Fairmont Avenue on the southeast side at least.
