We went by there yesterday for the first time...it's nice..I am particularly like that Bronze Statue of Oprheus..pretty cool view of the FSK bridge too

Also we stopby at the GoodWill Store on the back, not far from the park. A lot goodies!

That Goodwill rocks. There's a chair in my cafe from that Goodwill -- the best (and most comfortable) 15 bucks I ever spent!!

Ft. McHenry is such a treasure -- I got the idea for opening the cafe while running around Ft. McHenry. I used to run there all the time -- it's something like .96 of a mile if you run the whole way around. It's a wonderful place to picnic in the spring and summer, too.

carolott is right. Fort McHenry is a great place. When the water is warm you can just stretch out on the grass and watch clouds go by.

I absolutely love Ft. McHenry. Its a great place to jog and to picnic. I take my students there twice a year...once for the museum visit and another time to picnic.

Carol..lol..thats funny. I have come up with some of my better ideas while walking around their track, too. For some reason it just opens the mind.
